MouseOver Links Mouseover links are very cool. You place a link on your website, and when the mouse goes over it, it changes color. Well I've given the code below. Feel free to change the color of the mouseover. The "link" part is the color of your links for the page. The "hover" part is what color you want your links on mouseover. The "visited" part is the color of your links after someone has clicked on them. You do not have to use an RGB Hex Color code such as "000000", you could use "black" instead, and will still work. The text-decoration part is whether you want the link to have an underline, overline, etc...on your link, when someone goes over it with mouseover. It might be a little complicated at first, but you'll get the hang of it.
